Lamington Cake Pops
Over 100 years ago the Lamington was created when the Governor of Queensland, Lord Lamington's Chef accidently dropped a sponge cake into melted chocolate and covered it in coconut so it wasn't messy to eat.
The Cake Pop Bakery has re-invented this traditional Australian recipe into the first ever Lamington Cake Pop. The Lamington has never looked and tasted so good!!
Moist vanilla sponge centre, two types of coconut and a chocolate shell all served on a lollipop stick. Yum!!
